Sustainability:

We believe that sustainable business should be the bare minimum. We’ve already minimized our footprint by choosing local suppliers and small supply chains. All our shipping materials are made from recycled and fully recyclable FSC®️ Certified Papers. Thank you for being part of our continuous commitment to a greener future!

Deliveries:

Changing the delivery address and/or ordered produtcs after placing an order is not possible, as our warehouse processes orders the same day. This ensures you receive your Le Rub products promptly, allowing you to enjoy them without delay.

Our delivery options and costs may vary per region. Please view what's currently available at checkout.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Orders received before 4pm (CET) on Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm (CET) on Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. Dispatch times may vary during holidays.

Next business day delivery is standard for the following countries: Belgium and The Netherlands. The orders need to be placed before 4pm (CET) for next day delivery. Next day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays in Belgium as this is where our warehouse is located.

We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Le Rub relies on multiple courier services to ship all our orders. Deliveries are done on business days during regular business hours, not on public holidays and weekends.

Standard Delivery Times + Costs:

Zone 1 -> 1 to 3 business days -> €5 or Free Shipping for orders over €50.

Zone 2 -> 2 to 4 business days -> €7 or Free Shipping for orders over €50.

Zone 3 -> 3 to 5 business days -> €10 or Free Shipping for orders over €50.

 

Zone 1 -> Belgium*, France, Germany, The Netherlands*.

Zone 2 -> Italy, Monaco, Spain, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland.

Zone 3 -> Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy Islands, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia.

 *Next day delivery when ordered before 4pm CET.

Taxes and Duties:

The shipping cost and duties are dependent on your country of residence and is calculated in your check-out cart. Therefore, the cost above can vary based on your location. The value of the shipping cost are updated during the check-out process.

Zone EU:

All orders destined for the European Union excluding countries outside of the EU such as the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, will be processed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that our prices include all import taxes and duties, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you without any additional payments upon arrival.

Zone Non EU + Rest of the World:

For orders shipped outside of Europe, there may be additional shipping fees, country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees, and import sales taxes. We advise you to contact your local customs office to inquire about these potential fees. If any charges do apply, they will be your responsibility to pay.

We don’t currently ship to all countries. Maybe this is due to international trading agreements and/or local customs restrictions. Or we may be unable to ship certain items to your location because of market sunscreen regulations. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to order. In any case, we’re always working to expand to more territories, including yours so please stay tuned for more updates here.

Our standard delivery partners depend on your country of residence. Please view which options are available during checkout. If you want to use a specific courier which is not listed as standard for your country, extra shipping costs may occur. 

Return & Refund Policy:

At Le Rub we are committed to ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction with their purchases. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have confidence in your buying experience. To that end, we have established a comprehensive return policy to address any concerns you may have.

Eligibility for Returns:

Our return policy only covers products purchased directly from our website. If you have made a purchase from a wholesale or third-party reseller, please refer to their specific return policy.

Timeframe for Returns:

You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of purchase. Any requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please do not send back your parcel without contacting us first and a return approval from Le Rub.

Product Condition:

To ensure a smooth refund process, we want to clarify our policy regarding the condition of returned items. We offer a 100% refund only if the item is returned in its original condition, undamaged, and unused. We value the satisfaction of our customers and strive to make every return as efficient as possible.

Our team carefully inspects each returned item to ensure that refunds are processed accurately and in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it enables us to continue providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@lerub.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is mandatory for processing your return.
  2. Once you have received the RAN, securely package the product(s) you wish to return, including a copy of the original purchase receipt and place the return label on the package.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer care team. Please ensure that the RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We only accept a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package reaches us safely. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your order was sent with free shipping.

Refund Process:

We want to ensure a smooth refund process for our valued customers. When you request a refund, it will be credited to your original method of payment for the item purchased. Please note that original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs cannot be refunded as they are necessary for processing and delivering your order.

In case your return was purchased in a currency different from your local currency, rest assured that refunds will be processed in the same currency. However, due to fluctuations in currency rates, the refunded amount may slightly vary than the price you initially paid.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will promptly process your refund. Please allow 7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

Please be aware that any delivery costs paid in connection with the order, as well as any return delivery and clearance costs incurred when returning products, are non-reimbursable or refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant, kindly follow the return process mentioned above. Once you have completed the return, simply place a new order for the desired product on our website. This will ensure a smooth and efficient exchange process. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team at support@lerub.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may request photographic evidence of the issue to expedite the resolution.

Product Flaws:

If you believe there is an issue with your purchased product or packaging, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchase. We may request additional information or photographs to assess the defect and determine the appropriate course of action.
